1. Zero Student PII Collection (Our Privacy Promise)

ClassKit Global is built on a fundamental principle of student data protection: We collect zero personally identifiable information (PII) from students.

Our generative algorithms operate entirely client-side within the educator’s web browser. When you generate worksheets or type header titles, no student names, grades, or answers are ever stored on or transmitted to our application servers. Students interact strictly with physical paper worksheets and pencils.

2. COPPA & FERPA Compliance

Because ClassKit Global is strictly a teacher/parent-facing productivity tool and students do not create accounts or use digital devices:

• COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act): We do not knowingly solicit, collect, or retain personal information from children under the age of 13.
• FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act): Because no student education records are maintained in our cloud databases, school districts can freely deploy ClassKit worksheets without violating student record privacy regulations.

3. Teacher Account & Purchase Information

When an educator or parent purchases a Fixed-Term Pass, we collect only the minimal data required to provision access and deliver receipts:

• Account email address for authentication and pass verification.
• Transaction identifiers and pass expiration timestamps.
• Security tokens stored in secure, HTTP-only, encrypted browser cookies.

4. Bank-Grade Payment Security (PayPal Checkout)

All financial payments are processed externally by PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment gateway PayPal over 256-bit SSL encrypted connections. ClassKit Global does NOT receive, process, or store full credit card numbers, CVVs, or banking credentials on its servers.

5. Network & DDoS Security (Cloudflare)

Our web infrastructure is protected by Cloudflare. Cloudflare monitors incoming network traffic to defend against distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, ensure TLS 1.3 encryption, and deliver high-speed edge caching across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.

6. Cookies & Analytics

We use only essential functional cookies to keep you signed in and preserve worksheet preferences across browser sessions. We do NOT run cross-site behavioral advertising trackers, sell user profiles to data brokers, or monetize user data.
